Large group visits

Thank you for your interest in bringing prospective students to Northwestern. For groups of ten or more students, we are happy to make arrangements to provide a tour and information session outside our regularly scheduled events.

If you will be visiting Northwestern in a group with less than ten students, please see our information session and tour page.

To request a large group visit:

  1. Click on the checkbox next to the event you would like to attend.
  2. Click on the "Other Event Actions" dropdown menu at the upper right of the calendar.
  3. Select the "Sign Up For Event" option on the menu.
  4. Fill out and submit the request form.

Please note the following:

  • Group visits are available on weekdays at 10:15 am, with the exception of holiday breaks and exam periods.
  • We are happy to accommodate groups between 10 and 75 students, not including chaperones.
  • We kindly request one chaperone per 15 students.
  • We regret we cannot accommodate junior high, middle school or graduated student groups.

Group reservations are limited. To ensure you receive your preferred time, please complete a request form no later than three weeks in advance of your visit. Once your request has been received, a representative from Northwestern will contact you within three business days to confirm availability.
